His entrepreneurial journey began in his early twenties, when he founded and later sold his first business—an IT company. Navigating that sale without the guidance of a broker gave Stephen firsthand insight into the complexities of business transitions. That experience ignited his passion for helping other entrepreneurs achieve smoother, more successful exits.

Driven by a strong work ethic and commitment to growth, Stephen advanced quickly through leadership roles, moving from Operations Manager to COO in less than three years. Whether managing teams, overseeing branch performance, or refining corporate systems, his focus has always been on creating growth opportunities and supporting success for both clients and colleagues.

Outside of his professional life, he is a devoted family man. He finds balance and motivation through time spent with his wife and two sons, who are both his inspiration and his grounding force. He is passionate about mountain biking, aviation (both model and real-world), and enjoys the occasional round of golf as a way to recharge and challenge himself.
